What needs improvement: Bottle opener is a cool idea I suppose, but because creates a big hole in the outer wall, it effectively makes the tumbler single walled. So doesn't hold hot/cold all that well. Would also like to see this 2-4 ounces larger and lid opening dribbles more than pours."
